About Our FRC Team
Metuchen Momentum is a 501(c)(3) organization that fosters STEM for students in Metuchen. We have teams at Metuchen High School and Edgar Middle school. We cover FIRST Lego League (FLL) and FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC).
Our teams include many students and mentors of different backgrounds and abilities. Our mission is to enable our team members to be as competitive as they can be whilst easing the cost burden of education for families in Metuchen. FRC Team members are eligible for $80m in scholarships.
Our FRC team's five sub-teams include mechanical, electrical, computer-aided design (CAD), programming, safety, and business. Every team member has the opportunity to join multiple sub-teams and, with the aid of our knowledgeable mentors, can further develop their understanding of robotics.
Above all, here at Metuchen Momentum, our main priority is teamwork and exhibiting Gracious Professionalism®. Team 7587 strives to create and maintain a safe environment for anyone to discover their passion for robotics.
